The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of a wide variety of digital marketing strategies including: search engine optimization, social marketing and pay-per-click programs. The Digital Marketing manager works in conjunction with the website development team to integrate strategic marketing plans throughout multiple platforms. Knowledge of sales database management systems and website CMS platforms preferred.
The Digital Marketing Manager will continually update their knowledge of online, digital and interactive marketing. Other responsibilities include:
Analyze trends to fully understand unique market opportunities
Client focused media buying strategies
Manage integration of website, social media, PPC and email marketing campaigns
Works collaboratively with Account Service team to fully integrate strategy
Oversee timeline for creative and design process
Campaign analysis and optimization
Client and affiliate relationship development
Creating and evaluating client reports and refining recommendations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Position requires a BS degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
A masterful multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
Proven experience in quantitative analysis of direct marketing results including strategic recommendations for campaign optimization based on quantitative results
Project management experience required
Client Relations Management experience a plus
Experience with website CMS platforms, social marketing and internet marketing channelsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
