Aircraft Quality Inspector -- 151603

Rate: Up to $26.00 DOE
Contract Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:
This position requires the inspection of: Detail Parts, Sub-Assembly Airframe parts, In- Process Inspections, Final Assembly of major Airframes.

1. Adhere to all applicable health, safety, environmental and operational client policies, regulations, practices, and procedures.
2. Inspect from engineering drawings, blueprints, quality procedures, work instructions, and specifications.
3. Perform in-process inspection of Sub-Assemblies, Final Assembly of major Airframes.
per planning and engineering requirements.
4. Perform stock purges & line checks as required.
5. Perform Quality Audits.
6. Initiate documentation for non-conformances per established quality procedures.
7. Perform First Article Inspections.

Requirements:
Job Knowledge and Educational Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred candidate will have working knowledge of Client Specifications & Blueprints.
Preferred candidate will have working knowledge of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Able to understand shop mathematics to interpret engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications, and Inspection procedures.
Ability to use inspection tools such as, scales, thickness gauges, micrometers, calipers, go no-go gauges, dial indicators, and split ball gauges.
Ability to effectively interact/communicate with all disciplines representing the Integrated Process Team (IPT)

Experience:
Minimum of five years of recent inspection experience in the manufacturing of aerospace components/assemblies required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
