Customer Experience Specialist
The CES is responsible for measuringthe level of customer service that is provided to our guests while in ourstores.
The CES will complete targeted shops within their assigned geography.
o Visit each assigned store once to twice a week at different times of the dayand on different days of the week.
o Evaluate the store on the Customer Service that is being provided and completean online survey for each store visited o Complete 45 to 60 shops a week depending on geography of assigned area o Shop various locations within the assigned state or states ( 3-8 minutes pervisit ) o Remain anonymous throughout every visit o Take care of and be responsible for all assigned company equipment o Managing ones time thru a mobile device Skills/
Qualifications:
o Possess effectivewritten and verbal communication skills.
o Must have attention todetail.
o Flexible availability.
Must be available to complete a minimum of 55-60 assignments per week.
o Must be punctual,maintain a high level of integrity, and be inconspicuous in demeanor.
o Able to meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
