Your busy day will have you reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to posting for payment, matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation and compiling receipts for company credit cards and allocating charges to correct company locations. And there's more to do after lunch!
Got to know your stuff to do all this so no need to apply unless you are proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, can interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner, are organized, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
