Sales Trainer
Location: Stuart, FL
We are seeking a dynamic, lively, flexible trainer with a strong knowledge of sales techniques coupled with call center professionalism. Trainer must possess good leadership and motivation and seek to train and inspire current and newly on-boarded sales staff. The Sales Trainer is responsible for facilitating/presenting training courses for new and existing sales staff.
This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
1. Participate in or provide feedback regarding training curriculum to include review, approval and/or creation of continuing education training materials
2. Coordinate training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the sales operations call center.
3. Select or develop teaching aids to include oversight of measurement and assessment tools to validate training effectiveness
4. Deliver departmental training modules and programs for new and existing employees
5. Interview subject matter experts and incorporate their feedback with the Instructional Design Coordinator to the creation of new training for the sales department.
6. Track progress and performance of training topics with leadership across the sales operations call center.
7. Assist team leaders/coaches on how to support employees with problems concerning how to perform specific tasks related to their sales operations position.
8. Co-Facilitate the New Hire departmental training to include review of training documentation and review of new hire progression as it relates to the existing documentation.
9. Other duties and tasks as assigned
1. College degree in a similar field or equivalent experience
2. 2 -5 years experience in training field to include knowledge of:
a. methods and practices, course development, writing, communications development or other directly related experience
b. working knowledge of training practices and methodology
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills
4. Proven presentation and facilitation skills
5. Moderate to expert computer and communication skills both verbal and written
6. Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
