Sales Trainer
Location: Stuart, FL
Description:
The Sales Trainer is responsible for instructional design, presentation/implementation, and quality analysis of key training components for the sales operations staff members. We are seeking a dynamic, lively, and flexible trainer with a strong knowledge of sales techniques coupled with call center professionalism. Trainer must possess good leadership and motivation and seek to train and inspire current and newly on-boarded sales staff.
This position includes but is not limited to the following
Responsibilities:
1. Develop/create training curriculum to include generation of training materials
2. Select or develop teaching aids, measurements and assessment tools to validate training effectiveness
3. Deliver departmental training modules and programs for new and existing employees
4. Determine training needs and most effective instructional methods
5. Conduct and create ongoing training sessions for the sales department in conjunction with feedback from quality/compliance, call center operations, and etc.
6. for current job functions, processes, and procedures
7. Track progress and performance of those involved in the training process
8. Other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1. High School degree or Equivalent
2. College degree in a similar field preferred
3. 2 -5 years experience in training field to include:
a. methods and practices, course development, writing, communications development or other directly related experience
b. working knowledge of training practices and methodology
4. Ability to write/rewrite and develop training materials
5. Excellent time management skills
6. Good presentation and people skills
7. Moderate to expert computer and communication skills both verbal and written
8. Ability to conduct and facilitate training courses
9. Ability to evaluate, track, and analyze training effectiveness
