The ideal candidate has excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills and understands the rules of procedure and evidence.
Experience appearing in court and arguing motions is preferred.
Experience with bankruptcy is also preferred, but not required.
The successful candidate is an effective problem-solver, highly organized, and has a very strong work ethic.
All candidates must be admitted to The Florida Bar and in good standing.
Manage cases with partner supervision and work as part of a team on larger matters.
