ABOUT the position of Technical Support Representative - Permanent, Full-Time - This is a hybrid position, both remote and onsite 2x weekly at our Stuart office - Troubleshoot software and hardware products via phone, email and remote log-in - Be a product expert and keep up with development changes - Train end users - Assist with quality assurance and testing - Active team culture - Casual dress code - Flexible scheduling No industry experience is necessary.
We will teach you everything you need to succeed.
ABOUT YOU:
- You enjoy problem solving, as well as helping and training people.
- You are able to work at our Stuart, FL office.
- You are able to work remotely up as well.
- You are able to work some evenings and/or weekends.
- You have superior problem solving and analytical skills.
- You have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical writing skills are a plus.
- You have excellent grammar skills.
- You can learn innovative software.
- You have knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- You have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license.
COMPENSATION - $18 hourly
performance incentive - BlueCross / BlueShield health insurance (company pays 100%) - 401(k) - Paid holidays - Paid vacations Interviews are by appointment only.
