Koala Insulation is a licensed insulation contractor providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners.
This position within the company does not require any experience as all necessary skills will be taught on the job, and will learn to perform high-quality insulation installation and removal, specifically focusing on batt and blow in insulation.
This position also boasts the potential for massive growth within a young company and will be in line to step in as a lead installer within a short period of time, based upon work ethic.
Daily Duties/Responsibilities 1.
Safety:
Adhere to job-site safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws.

Technical (No Experience Necessary):
Help to ensure vehicle, rig, and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order.
4.
Other:
Continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Perform other related duties as required Required Skills/Abilities Willingness to work hard and grow within the company Trailering experience a plus (16' box trailer) Education and
Experience:
Not Required - Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field a plus Not required - Background in some skilled trade a plus Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of walking, standing, climbing, kneeling, and crawling Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, and heights Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently Other Requirements:
Must have Driver's License Must have reliable transportation Job Types:
