Responsibilities:
- Make sales by understanding clients' needs and preferences and offering personalized travel recommendations.
- Cold calling warm leads offering vacation time in any destination they choose.
- Research and gather information on travel destinations, attractions, and activities to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and changes in travel policies to provide informed advice to clients.
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the travel process.
- Strong knowledge of hotel accommodations and hospitality industry practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using computer reservation systems (CRS) and online booking platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job details -Monday through Saturday.
