Office Admin Responsibilities Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance Manage agendas/appointments etc.
for the upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
) Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data Submit timely reports Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, etc.
High school diploma; office administration or relevant field is preferred Able to handle high call volume Pool experience a plus! Job Type:
