Must be able to complete basic preventative maintenance and remove/replace boat electronics, gauges, controls, and other installation equipment.
Job includes light engine service, rigging/installation of electronics in vessels.
Prior experience of electronic installation and routine maintenance preferred but for the right person the company would provide hands on training.
Setup and test functionality of newly rigged boats, gauges, steering systems and electronics.
Install various electronics such as GPS, fish finders, transducers, radars, stereo systems, etc.
Install new cabling, controls, networks and other accessories according to new manufacturer specifications.
Must be able to effectively read, understand, and apply complex instruction manuals and wiring diagrams.
Commitment to producing high-quality installations along with maintaining a clean work environment.
