Responsibilities for a provider is to assist individuals in their homes with activities of daily living while also assisting to meet their goals.
Responsibilities include:
Complete daily living skills Attend medical appointments Participate in community outings Dressing Hygiene Light housekeeping Cooking Shopping Observation Documentation Job Type:

4 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday On call Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

1 year (Preferred) License/Certification:
Level 2 background (Preferred) CPR/1ST Aid (Preferred) Shift availability:
