Intake/Scheduler
Summary:
As a Intake/Scheduler you will establish, maintain, monitor patient and caregiver schedule to ensure compliance to physician orders, performed visits, and received documentation.
You will be responsible for providing clerical support for the Nursing Supervisor.
Field incoming telephone calls, assess importance and either handles the matter or refers to the appropriate resource.
Monitor and process documentation of visits to patients being serviced by the VNA.
Intake/Scheduler Requirements:
Intake experience a plus Home Health experience a plus Scheduling/Coordinating Employee scheduled a plus Medical Office experience a plus
