Must have a High School Diploma, G.

or higher, and two years of experience in office administration.
Job-related experience may substitute for formal education on a year-for-year basis at the discretion of the CEO.
Training Requirements:
Must successfully complete C.
O.
RE.
Competency training is provided by the agency within 90 days of employment.
Must participate in ongoing mandatory education and skills training on relevant topics as required by the CEO, statutory funding, and/or certification of the agency or personnel.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires movement with the ability to perform routine bending/stooping while filing, twisting/reaching while working at a computer/desk, and walking/standing during the course of the day.
Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License.
Principal
Responsibilities:
Interface with all levels of the organization including greeting and communicating with visitors, donors, vendors, and staff professionally.
Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail.
Responsible for ordering and stocking all Administrative and Program staff office supplies.
Maintain and update the outlook calendars for conference room meetings & training.
Maintain the front area and conference room presentable for visitors and staff.
Responsible for the inventory of printed materials.
Provide administrative support for Administration, Finance, Development, Shelter, and Outreach staff.
Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
Maintains filing systems as assigned.
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Basic understanding of office equipment.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
