The ideal candidate must enjoy working with a team, meeting with clients, managing a client/case list, handling finances, bookeeping, answering phones in a professional manner, calendaring events, coordinating hearings, and have a working knowledge of the court system and e-filing.
Must be willing to assist other team members if asked or needed.
We prefer 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
Will train the right candidate.
